Return/Refund Policy

For unopened products, we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date. iLBT will provide a refund once we receive the package and it is inspected/ passes inspection.

We do not accept exchanges/ returns  for items with damaged packaging or broken seals due to safety and sanitary guidelines and the inability to restock items with a broken seal. 

We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit once shipped and marked delivered. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.We do not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages

We do not provide refunds for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

All digital products such as ebooks, webinars, & trainings are non-refundable.
